Nagaraj Reddy, on 02/05/2024 in respect of their right, title and interest in the properties in M5 ECity Mall, Plot No.1, Veerasandra Industrial Area, Electronic City.
 

Henceforth, Welcome Foods Limited will handle its interests in M5 ECity Mall, independently and will not recognize any acts or decisions made by Mahendra 5ivePillars LLP under the previously granted GPA. Any person dealing with Mahendra 5ivePillars LLP regarding the interests or properties of Welcome Foods Limited in M5 ECity Mall, Electronic City will be doing so at their own risk and cost.
